ARAO actively participated on 33rd International Conference Nuclear Energy for New Europe

33rd international conference Nuclear Energy for New Europe connected experts and innovators from the nuclear field. Conference organized by the Nuclear Society of Slovenia annually brings together professionals from nuclear research organizations, educational institutions, utilities, industry, and regulatory bodies to discuss the current challenges in fission and fusion. This year participated 242 attendees from 27 countries.

Špela Mechora, project manager for the construction of the low- and medium-level radioactive waste disposal site (NSRAO), presented the progress in the construction of the disposal site within the section on radioactive waste and decommissioning.
